Employee Positions

Subcontractor Opportunities

Compensation & Pay Schedule

Employee hourly rates start at $18/hour and increase based on experience.

Subcontractors hourly rates start at $25/hour and increase based on experience.

We provide a consistent and reliable payment schedule for our team members. Pay is issued every two weeks (bi-weekly) on Saturdays via e-transfer. This ensures timely and convenient payment for all completed work.

Bonuses & Appreciation 

We value the hard work and dedication of our team members and believe in recognizing their contributions. We offer gift bonuses during holidays and special appreciation occasions as a way to show our gratitude for your commitment and excellent work. These bonuses are provided at the company’s discretion and may vary depending on the occasion. We believe that appreciation and recognition are an important part of building a positive and supportive work environment.

Client Appreciation 

We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us throughout the year. During the holiday season and throughout regular service, some clients choose to show their appreciation through tips or small gifts. While never expected, these gestures are always sincerely appreciated by our team. These expressions of appreciation reflect the strong relationships we build with our clients and the quality of service our team provides.

Travel Time Compensation

We value our team’s time and recognize the importance of travel between job locations. Travel time between scheduled job sites is paid at the full hourly rate, ensuring fair compensation for time spent travelling from one client to another during the workday. Please note:

  • Travel time from your home to the first job site and from the last job site back home is typically not paid.
  • Paid travel applies only between scheduled services during the same workday.

Uniform & Appearance

At EVROLUX LTD, we believe that a clean and professional appearance reflects the quality of our services. For this reason, uniform shirts and jackets are provided to all team members. Our standard uniform includes EVROLUX LTD – branded apparel designed to present a consistent and professional image to our clients. Our expectations include:

  • Uniform must be worn during all scheduled services
  • Clothing should be clean, neat, and in good condition
  • Comfortable, practical pants and non-slip indoor shoes are required
  • Personal appearance should be professional and well-presented

Maintaining a consistent dress code helps build trust with our clients and supports the high standards EVROLUX LTD is known for.

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

We ensure our team is fully equipped to deliver high-quality results on every visit. We provide cleaning supplies and equipment, so you have everything needed to perform your work efficiently and to our company standards. This includes:

  • Cleaning products
  • Microfiber cloths and tools
  • Mop, buckets, vacuum
  • Specialized products depending on the type of cleaning service

We also offer the use of eco-friendly cleaning products or specific supplies upon request, depending on the needs of the client and the condition of the space.

Working Hours & Flexibility

 

At EVROLUX LTD, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We offer flexible working hours, allowing team members to choose schedules that best fit their availability. Our typical working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start time: 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM
  • Finish time: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM

Schedules may vary depending on the type of service and client needs, with optional evening and weekend opportunities available for additional hours.

We strive to provide a balance of consistency and flexibility to support both our team and our clients.

Additional Hours Opportunities 

For team members looking for more working hours, evening cleaning shifts are available. These opportunities are ideal for individuals who would like to increase their hours or prefer a more flexible schedule beyond daytime services. Evening work may include:

  • Commercial cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Specialized or scheduled after-hours services
  • Seasonal cleaning

Availability for additional hours can be discussed and arranged based on your preferences and current scheduling needs.

Statutory Holidays & Time Off

Transportation Requirement

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel between job locations within Calgary and surrounding areas
  • Ensure punctual arrival and efficient movement between scheduled services

Background Check 

  • Must have a clear police record check
  • Clean criminal record required
  • Willingness to provide documentation upon request

Professional Conduct 

  • Present a clean, professional appearance in full uniform
  • Communicate politely and respectfully with clients and team members
  • Represent EVROLUX LTD in a positive and professional manner at all times

Teamwork & Independence

  • Be able to work efficiently independently when required
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively when working in team
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
